Finally the summer festivals are on their way. I was spending this saturday at Tampere in Sauna Open Air. So I now added pictures of the following bands: Megadeth, Moonsorrow, Sentenced, Kiuas, Teräsbetoni and Roctum.
Guardians of Mankind played also at Tampere, so pics of them too.

Well not a lot of updates for this main site, still more and more pictures have been added to the picture archive. But the main reason for this update is that this site may or may not disappear from the web at the end this month. I don't even know what's going to happen, if it disappears then you have been foretold about this, but if it doesn't, fear it does in the near future. The main issue is that Mikael, the person who hosts this site, has vanished.

Last night I was at a Nightwish concert in Kitee. Awesome show! But now when the pictures have been online for about 16 hours, the monthly limit has exceeded. And even when this site faces termination in next month I don't want to get my friend who hosts this in to too much trouble over my site :D

I finally got a scanner to use, so I scanned my Tuska Opein Air 2003 pictures. You can find pictures from these bands:
Arch Enemy, Behemoth, Children of Bodom, Divine Decay, Edguy, The Haunted, Lordi, Lost Horizon, Lullacry, Mannhai, Ministry, Norther, Soulfly, Stratovarius, Tarot, Thunderstone and Thyrane.

Also there have been few suggestions for cheap webspace, I'll check them out, thanks!

End of an era.
www.aftergate.net is closing in June, so I will loose my web host in less than two months. Because I got this information just moments ago I don't have anykind of back-up-plan. In the worst case this could mean that this website would go offline for the first time in four years. Ofcourse I have played with the idea of own domain name and webspace, but that requires always those euros/dollars/etc. Because the current size of my site is nearly 700MB, a gigabyte of space would be needed because of the ever growing picture archive and because they are pictures the bandwidth isn't the lowest one. I quickly surfed through some webhosting sites and noticed that the price tag per year would be somewhere around 150 and 200 euros.

If you know a good and cheap webhosting service or want to help in any other way, you can contact me at eldiablo@kolumbus.fi You can also show your support through the Guestbook.

But in any case, I have added many pictures during every month and in any case we'll be online almost two months so new pictures keep on coming. Tomorrow I wil add pictures from a Finntroll / Metsatöll gig which was yesterday!

Okay, after the last picture update the amount of data transfered was so large that it almost doubled the bandwith limit that I have. So during these first weeks you can only see the new pictures. I found some Three Wishes pictures from their gig that was held about two years ago here in Sipoo. Three Wishes was a group performing acoustic covers and it featured Heikki Warma, Peter James Goodman and Marco Hietala from Conquest.
Alltough Conquest is ny put to rest there are still people who would like to see them on stage again *hint* ;)
Also I made a new "misc" folder for not so important pics from few festivals. Just for the sake of doing something. :)

It has been a while, but now this site is back. The reason why nothing happened is that I lost my rights to acces the server where I had my homepage.
On that same spring I got a "summer" job and with that money I travelled around Finland during summer. Today I just started to make new layout for this page, a much simplified version and if I remember correctly it's about a year when I started with the previous version. So happy birthday to my site. :)
